Your data protection rights

As an Access.al user, the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Republic of Albania Law no. 9887/2008 guarantee you the following rights. For full details and the procedures for exercising each right, see the Privacy Policy.

Right of access (Art. 15)

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Upcoming feature: "Export my data" button in Settings.

Right of rectification (Art. 16)

You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data directly from your profile in the manager panel.

Right of erasure / "to be forgotten" (Art. 17)

You can request account deletion. Upcoming feature: "Delete account" button with a 30-day recovery window.

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)

Under certain circumstances, you can ask us to temporarily stop using your data.

Right to data portability (Art. 20)

You can receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) to transfer to another provider.

Right to object (Art. 21)

You can object to processing of your data for marketing purposes directly from the cookie banner.

Right not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 22)

We do not use automated profiling for decisions with legal effects.
